Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Both our times are valuable. Unless there is an emergency, sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance or they will be non-refundable.
The client agrees to pay the full amount of the agreed upon package and to take all necessary actions to ensure that their payment(s) will be successfully processed. Sessions will begin once the payment has been received. If both parties are in mutual agreement to end the program in advance, the client can be reimbursed for the uncompleted sessions.
