Clifton StrengthsExplorer assessment is dedicated to revealing a child’s top three natural talents and highlighting ways to turn these talents into strengths, and help you as a parent nurture their nature, create growth opportunities for them to ultimately be the best version of their own selves..

Through Strengths Based Parenting, the child learns to discover & appreciate who they are and their natural talents and as a parent you learn to parent them using their very own natural talents that makes them feel, behave and think in a particular way..

The assessment is dedicated for the 10-14 age group

The process is as follows..
1.⁠ ⁠I send through an assessment link
2.⁠ ⁠The child takes the assessment online
3.⁠ ⁠We schedule a 2.5 hour online debriefing session
4.⁠ ⁠We have the session split into two parts; one with the child and the other with the parents..
*I prefer the sessions to be one with just the parent/parents & the other with only the child.
