Booking Confirmation:
Once Session booking is made & payment is confirmed you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details including the clickable link you’ll need to use for the session.
Booking Timing:
Please ensure you are on time for the session. In case of late arrival to the session, the session will still be ending on time.
Booking Rescheduling:
Session rescheduling can be made by replying to the confirmation email & we’ll get back to you with another confirmation on the new timing. Please note that rescheduling needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Booking Cancellation:
Session cancellation can be made directly through the link in the confirmation email. Please note that cancellation needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance. In case of no show the session will be paid in full.
Bundle Expiry:
If you’ve booked the bundle of four or eight sessions, please note the bundle offer is valid for a six months period after which the bundle expires.
